Download the PeBits app from the Google Play Store and create your account using your mobile number.

02 — Scan & Receive Digital Change

When a merchant does not have the exact cash change, scan the participating merchant's PeBits QR code and receive the required digital change amount in your PeBits wallet.

03 — Use or Withdraw Your Balance

Use your available PeBits balance for supported transactions, or withdraw eligible funds to your linked bank account when the withdrawal facility is available.

Note: Deposit, transfer and withdrawal features are subject to applicable limits, verification requirements, payment/banking partner availability and applicable regulations.

2. PeBits Services

PeBits is designed to facilitate small-value digital transactions and digital change management through its available wallet, QR and payment-related features.

The availability of specific services may depend on applicable banking/payment partners, technical availability and regulatory requirements.

3. Wallet Limits

Wallet balance, deposit and transaction limits may apply.

The current self-deposit limit is ₹500, subject to change based on operational, security, partner or regulatory requirements.

4. Transactions

Users are responsible for verifying:

The recipient
The transaction amount
The transaction details

before confirming a transaction.

Once a transaction has been successfully processed, cancellation or reversal may not be possible except where permitted by the applicable payment system, service provider or law.

5. Withdrawals

Where withdrawal functionality is available, users may request withdrawal of eligible wallet funds to their linked bank account, subject to applicable limits, verification requirements, processing conditions and partner availability.

The current minimum withdrawal threshold is ₹100.

6. Convenience Fees

Internal PeBits digital-change transfers may be provided without a transaction fee.

Where applicable, PeBits may charge a ₹3 convenience fee per successful bank withdrawal.

Any applicable fee will be displayed before the transaction is confirmed.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Provide false or misleading information
Conduct fraudulent transactions
Attempt to exploit bugs or security vulnerabilities
Access another user's account without authorisation
Use PeBits for unlawful activities
Attempt to manipulate or misuse the platform

PeBits may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited or fraudulent activities, subject to applicable law and procedures.

8. Service Availability

PeBits aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, network failures, banking/payment partner downtime or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

PeBits facilitates digital transactions and digital change services. Users should carefully verify transaction details before confirming a transaction.

1. Digital Change Transfers

Once a digital-change transaction has been successfully completed and credited to the recipient, it generally cannot be cancelled by the sender.

Please verify the recipient and amount before confirming.

2. Wallet Deposits

A successfully completed wallet deposit cannot normally be cancelled from within the PeBits application.

Where supported, eligible funds may be used for permitted transactions or withdrawn according to the applicable withdrawal rules and limits.

3. Failed or Pending Transactions

If money is debited from a user's bank account but the corresponding PeBits transaction is not completed due to a technical or network issue, the transaction will be handled according to the applicable payment system and banking partner process.

Users may contact PeBits Support with the relevant UPI transaction reference/UTR number for verification.

4. Withdrawal Issues

Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on banking/payment partners, technical conditions and verification requirements.

If a withdrawal is delayed or unsuccessful, users may contact PeBits Support with the relevant transaction details.

5. Fraudulent or Unauthorised Transactions

Fraudulent, unauthorised or disputed transactions will be handled according to applicable laws, payment-system rules and the policies of the relevant banking/payment partners.
